My Name is Janelle Boland I am the owner of NT Property Styling. For last 6 years as an Interior Decorator/Property Styling consultant I have studied Interior Design and have a Certificate IV in Arts (Interior Decoration). Previously from Darwin NT moving to Federal NSW in 2016.

Northern Tides Property Styling is based in Federal NSW– providing Property Styling & Interior Decorating Services to the Northern Rivers Area -specialising in preparing your home, display home or investment property ready for sale. 

It has always been a passion of mine to decorate and create beautiful comfortable spaces to live in and work in. I am very excited to finally turn my passion into a profession. My goal is to help my clients achieve beautiful comfortable rooms, with great visual impact.

I have previously been in the Mortgage Broker industry and understand all aspects of the selling process, buying and selling properties first hand, along with completing extensive home renovation projects.

Selling a property can be a tough time for anyone; my objective is to offer you an opinion, simply by looking over your property, suggesting enhancements, presenting you with a report and action plan.

I will look at your property as a prospective buyer, the aim is then to present your property at its absolute best, address any issues that will create a negative impression for buyers, minimising its least desirable and emphasising on its most attractive, and help you in selling your house is for its maximum value.
